Black Dirt Records is an independent label founded in 2018. Our releases include the Edward David Anderson albums Chasing Butterflies (2018), Live and Solo (2020) and Still the River (2024), and Backyard Tire Fire’s EP Black Dirt Blue Sky (2023).
ABOUT
Kim and Edward David Anderson are the team behind Black Dirt Management. Ed has been writing and performing live in bands and as a solo artist for the past 30 yrs and Kim has been working on the business side for the past 15 years. Together they started the Black Dirt Music movement, created an independent record label, a talent buying and artist management agency, and produce events all under the Black Dirt Management umbrella.
